Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellation of appointments must be made 24 hour before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 50% fee for the service(s) booked.
For example: A Brazilian and underarm appointment is scheduled for Jan 2, 2025 at 4:30 p.m., the total is $89.00. Cancellation of appointment would have to happen by Jan 1, 2025 by 4:30 p.m., at 4:31 you will be charged a cancellation fee of $ 44.50.
No-Show(or no-call) appointments will be charged full price for the service(s) booked. After two no-show, no-call appointments you will no be able to book.
For example: You book a Brazilian and underarm appointment, the total is $89.00, you will be charged $89.00 if you no-show or no-call your appointment.
* Please call us at 501-222-7810 to cancel or reschedule appointments. Phone calls are the only acceptable form of cancellations. Email and text will not be accepted due to the ability to respond in a timely manner.
