General Terms: Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Discounts apply only to bundled services of the same type and are non-transferable. For Monthly Memberships: Memberships require a valid card on file for automatic monthly renewal billing. Monthly credits do not roll over and must be used within the billing cycle to maintain your professional results. Cancellations made within the first 30 days will result in used services being billed at the full standard rate. Memberships may be managed through your client account. For Prepaid Wax Packages: If a package is cancelled before all sessions are redeemed, any used services will be recalculated at the full standard rate. Any remaining balance after this recalculation, minus a $30 processing fee, will be refunded. Packages are non-refundable after 60 days or once 50% of the services have been used.
